very good team actually, I'm real high on Cutler but I probably woulda passed and waited for flacco. calvin is a beats, white si a beast, charles is a beast, moreno should be decent but hes not that good talent wise and his team is weak but the touches are there. zach miller is a beast. santonio wont do much with cotch/braylon/keller taking targets in a rushing team. gaffney good sleeper. overall that team should contend for the title barring injury. thx for help on mine
Thanks for looking at mine! I agree its a strong roster, especially if you start so few players (I'd expect at least 3 WR or a flex). MJD is a stud and between charles and moreno you're more than set at RB2, esp as your WR 1 & 2 are really both WR1s (well done!). But yes, you do have issues w/bye weeks on your RBs (esp on week 9, but also week 4 to a certain extent). I wouldn't worry about it yet, and would proceed as so: Wait until week 8 to see if McCluster and Charles are strong enough in week 9 to be a 1 week fill-in. If not, or if McCluster isn't getting much attention at all I'd look for a WW RB that has a juicy matchup just for week 9. If McCluster is just a speculative/handcuff I doubt anyone will take him if you drop him, or by then Massaquoi or Gaffney may have flopped so drop them and either reclaim them the next week or upgrade.
Definitely don't panic and trade a starter to fix a week 9 bye week problem! With this roster I expect you to be near the top anyway so 1 bad week shouldn't matter too much.
Overall you have a great team, I love the receivers and you might end up with two top ten running backs if Charles repeats last year, although I personally don't think he's quite that good. He was definitely a bargain where you drafted him, though.
I would, however, definitely trade away some bench players (WRs) for another RB just in case Charles doesn't work out or even trade Charles himself for a better (or at least more proven) RB if someone in your league really likes him.
I don't think Cutler is awful but QBs do get the most points (at least in my leagues), so if someone has two great QBs or has one great one and is willing to downgrade, I'd try to get a deal there.
Buehler is a gamble at kicker (not the most important position, I know), but in a 12-teamer there's likely to me more proven players in the free agent pool who I would consider.
**You might have to wait a little while on some of these deals because Holmes is probably the best bench WR although I love the potential of Gaffney and Massaquoi, but Holmes is obviously not that valuable the first few weeks, so eventually with a couple smart deals and bargains and I feel like this team can contend.**
Very solid team, I would do the deal Forsett for Holmes. It looks like you are pretty set at WR and could use a backup RB with the breakout potential of Forsett, MAKE THE DEAL!

they're backing out of the deal
huggins, lynch, choice, julius jones and westbrook are on FA. Are any of those guys worth picking up?

I like your squad a lot. Only the season will tell if you will start Charles or Moreno consistently. Receiving core is there plus some potential breakout candidates. I would be happy about your Matt Ryan pick in case Cutler goes belly up with interceptions again. Overall, good drafting and lots of incentives on the bench for others to consider when trade talking with you.
