Sig Help

I kept trying to use this as my sig but it kept saying it was too big. Then I saw it could only be 100 px tall so I changed it and I still couldn't get it to work. I'm sure i'm missing something so whatever it is if you could tell me it would be awesome. Here's the 100 px tall version.

Your sig was 350 x 150 and 17 kB's(too large), I stretched it to 400 x 100 and reduced it to 10 kb's.
