Maurice Jones-Drew-RB- Jaguars Sep. 22 - 4:42 pm et

Maurice Jones-Drew was limited in Wednesday's practice with an ankle injury.

Perhaps the ankle injury sheds some light on Jones-Drew's limited role in Week 2, as he lost late-game carries to Rashad Jennings. The Jags were also getting blown out, of course, but this is a situation to monitor. Through two games, he has a 3.7 yards-per-carry average, no TDs, and a fumble lost.

Roto:

Maurice Jones-Drew (ankle, probable) returned to a full practice Friday.

Jones-Drew was limited on Wednesday and Thursday, but will play against the Eagles. Though he's off to an unimpressive start, Jones-Drew could capitalize on Philadelphia's struggles to stop the screen game. One of MJD's primary strengths is catching passes and getting to the perimeter in a hurry.

If he does not have at least a decent game by MJD standard, I will officially hit the panic button.

I hope you are right but i would feel much better if he put up 20-30 points. I have owners breathing down my neck trying to get him. The best offer so far was Brees.

Somehow looks like my team's going to be 3-0, even with this "bum" as my RB1.

WK OPP ATT YDS TD PTS
1 @Ten 18 95 0 20
2 StL 30 145 0 14
3 @Ari 25 105 1 17

Oops, that's DMC's stats so far. HEre's MJD's numbers.

WK OPP ATT YDS TD PTS
1 Den 23 98 0 10
2 @SD 12 31 0 2
3 Phi 22 88 0 8

Not too pretty, at least yardage is there. When you say things look bad, how bad are we talking about?? I hope this doesn't end up like SJax's situation: Talented back + crap team = little fantasy points.

Brees? Why didn't you take? You must be super deep at QB... :-?
