Rate and who to start

I just did a 14 team draft yesterday and i had the 3rd pick. Pretty basic scoring 1pt 10yrds rush/receive 1pt 25yrds passing its .5 pts per reception here is my team. 6pts td 5pts throwing td.

Tight Ends count as Wr's in this league. I was wondering would u start Tony over Nicks?

I like the team. Few things that came to my mind initially though. There are rumors floating around that MJD just had a hush hush knee surgery, but that hasn't been confirmed as of yet. Second, I'm not sure about Marion Barber this year because of Choice and Felix. Outside of those two, I like your starters, but the bench needs some more strength. None of the running backs on your bench are guaranteed to get more than a few touches. Outside of that, hopefully your team is strong enough for you to sit on Sidney Rice for eight weeks because that is what he is projected to be injured for. Watch the waiver wire and good luck.

thanks. yea it kind of thinned out in a 14man pretty quick. I actually got Barber in the 8th round of a 14 team league so i felt that was a steal. Just wanted to know would you start Tony Gonzalez over Hakeem Nicks?

Thanks for responding to mine. BTW, it is the beauty of auction draft to get two stud RBs, it just costed 65% of my budget. It also helped I got them early since slightly later, the bidding went nuts on 2nd teir RBs where managers paid simlar levels as I did to get the studs.

I agree with the previous guy. I think Chester Taylor is one that might help in Forte falters. I am also worried as MJD but lately, the reports are better about him wih majority refuting the surgery. I would start Tony over hicks unless Eli gets hot with hicks after the first few games. I think Tony will be more consistent than Hicks since Eli tends to spread everywhere.

I would also start Tony Gonzalez over Hakeem Nicks

I think you did fairly well here. Im not terribly excited about your QBs or your rb depth, but your skill starters are very solid. I might drop/trade Chester for Tashard Choice to ensure you have a legit RB3 on a team with a good offense. I may also drop Sammy Morris/Marshawn Lynch to experiment with a third quarterback and play the best matchups on any given week.
