Unique 6 Team League - NEED DRAFT STRATEGY

I know what most people think about 6 team leagues but before you mock, take a look at the setup.

Starting Roster Positions - 3QB, 4RB, 6WR, 2TE, 2DST, 2K also have 11 bench spots. Total of 30 players.
Scoring - Rush/Rec TDs worth 6, Pass TDs worth 4, 10 Rush/Rec yards/point, 20 pass yards/point


So, now that you know that my team won't be stacked and the free agent pool will be thin after the draft, I could use some help with a drafting strategy. I have the 1st pick in a snaking draft.
