12 man yahoo here are the settings (a little crazy, but most of the players are new)
The changed at least

Offense
QB
6 TD
-2 Int
-1 Sack

Wr
10 yards per point; 1 points at 50 yards; 2 points at 80 yards
1 pt per reception

RB
10 yards per point; 1 points at 100 yards; 2 points at 150 yards; 5 points at 200 yards
D
Return Yards 20 yards per point; 2 points at 75 yards

QB/RB/RB/WR/WR/RBWR/TE/Def/K
My draft
I picked 6th, got Flacco in the 6th round.

QB: Flacco
RB: Frank Gore, Arian Foster, Ahmad Bradshaw, Tim Hightower, Anthony Dixon
WR: Roddy White, Marques Colstone, OchoCinco, Johnny Knox, Malcom Floyd, Mike Williams (TB)
TE: Zach Williams
Def: Ravens
K: Rob Birionas

I like it. I would have liked it even more if the guy in front of me hadn't picked Desean Jackson in the 3rd round.
I think my biggest stretch was Arian Foster in the 4th round, but someone has to run the ball in Houston and he didn't do to bad the last two games of the season. I got Ocho in the 5th and all my bench from 8th on, so I got 3 wr1 on their respective teams at 9th 10th and 14th. Last year I was high on Schuab when I got him in the 5th and this year I'm feeling the same about Joe. Added weapons and another year for the youngster should make his stats go up. I'm just so in love with my WR's with the exception of maybe Knox since no one knows what Cutler will do. I got Zach in the 7th, possibly another stretch, since I could have probably gotten him in the 8th or a "Better" TE. Jason C. made me choose him and there is no doubt the TE has talent. JC has to throw it somewhere and I don't see anyone note worthy in the WR crew to do that.

I really like your team. You have some high upside picks but have solid depth to protect them. WRs are fantastic, probably the best core I've seen in a while considering how your bench WRs could be starters.

Your team looks good. Solid starters in most places and good depth behind them. I think you're at the point now where you have to wait and see how some guys work out before you make any moves. Good draft and it looks like it helped you there were a bunch of new players.

This league just keeps on giving. I just picked up the ravens D out of FA. I can't believe that at all and what a huge upgrade over Washington.

Thanks for the comments. After looking at the overall teams, I don't see how I lose unless everyone of my players go down. There isn't one team set at all positions and their benches are so ugly. :)

Flacco is a below average fantasy starter, not because he's a bad NFL starter, but because only the top-6 in a 12-team league are above average. I feel the need to say that given the love for Flacco so far in this thread.

That said, Flacco is definitely a legit fantasy starter who'll probably finish top-10 among QBs, and others have been absolutely right that you've paired him with an excellent group of WRs in both quality and depth.

I love Gore as an RB1 (less Martz = more carries) and love both Foster and Bradshaw as RB3s, which is to say I'm not sure you have an RB2 right now but I could definitely see one emerging with your depth.

And obviously you've gotta like the Ravens' D, which might be getting a little old but which has nevertheless been at least good at a minimum on a consistent basis for years now.

Overall a pretty solid haul. I think you'll have trading chips with that WR corp whenever injuries or whatever cause unexpected holes to fill midseason.
