2nd overall pick?

Postby bears2 » Sat Aug 28, 2010 8:36 pm

I have 2nd pick,i know chris johnson going #1..Here is my thought on peterson.averages 370 carries a year, chicago d got alot better an actually so did lions front 4 with shue an kyle vandenbosch . Rice loses carries to mcgahee. Andre johnson an the houston offense/line have been together a long time now.i feel andre will get off. Wr are not as deep as rb i dont think. Is taking andre #2 overall a dumb move?

not a keeper league btw.start 2 rb,3wr...coming back with hopefully rodgers or shaub at 19 and a rb at 22...

Nothing is dumb as long as you win. I think your best shot at winning is drafting Peterson.

I would go with Peterson in a heart beat.

As far as the Ray Rice losing TDs / touches goes.. Remember in 2009 drafts when people didn't want to touch Chris Johnson because Lendale White "stole" all of his touchdowns? I think Ray Rice is in for a big year. I wouldn't take him over Peterson, but I'd be more than happy with a #3 pick so I could grab him.
