Draft Strategy???-wierd league settings--PLEASE HELP

First time i play in a league like this, what should be my draft stratagy? some concernes: 10 team league, the qurterback gets 6 pts for tds instead of the usual 4, the defenses get 15 points instead of 10 for shut-outs, and the kickers get negative points for missed fg's...what kickers are the most accurate?, and any defense expected to get more shut-outs than the others?

I would not go with QB in the first 2 rounds. You first need to fill your starting lineup. It depends in your draft order. If you have draft # 5 and up, try to get Brees or Rodgers. If you are < 5, get yourself one of the top RBs. If you are closer to the #10 pick, you will be looking at A. Johnson or Manning.
MIN defense should be a good bet, also NYJ. MIN kicker is good and PHI kicker is good too.
