Be ready to part ways with a stud RB or a serious downgrade which I think your RB situation can handle. Looking at your roster you may have to trade Greene. I would wait and give him a chance.
Standard Scoring, 8 Team PPR

QB- BREES, Romo
RB- MARTIN, RICE, Sproles, Murray, A.Morris
WR-D.THOMAS, BRYANT, Maclin, S.Smith
TE- GRAHAM, Hernandez
K- TUCKER
DEF- BENGALS, Giants

Mathews for my Ridley/Redman
Rice for my Mathews/Wallace

Sure trading for Brady will improve your QBs, but who does he want you to give up? I wouldn't part with Greene. Also, who is available on the waiver wire as far as QB goes? Once Ben is back, you can rotate between Kolb and him based on matchup. I wouldn't freak out too much about Kolb right now..it's only the preseason.

With his team, my guess is he was planning on trading Brady or Schaub since the day he drafted them. That offer will be there after week 1, and then you'll have a chance to see how Kolb really looks.

I'd hold off.

I like your team a lot so I wouldn't trade anything that would blow up your core. To me I would just suck it up with Kolb (he might be fine after all) and worst case you have to suffer a little until Big Ben comes around. Not that Roethlisberger is amazing but he's definitely good enough for your team. You have good weapons everywhere else in your lineup.

All in all I would wait for two reasons: See what Kolb does and also to see what kind of surplus you have at RB or WR. The last thing you want to do is make a trade before the season starts and realize later you didn't have to. The year I won my league I wanted Nate Burleson so bad because he was taking Randy Moss' place in Minnesota. I went after him hard through trade proposals and didn't get him. I wouldn't have won my league if I had made that trade.
