Help! Had to autodraft in keeper. Need QB badly. - WHIR

I had to autodraft last night in 12 team keeper league and ended up with Henne as my only QB. This is a 6pts per TD pass league with 2 bonus pts for TDs over 30 yds. It also awards 2 pts for every 5 receptions. WR is by far my strongest position. We start 2 RB, 2 WR and 1 flex spot. My roster is:

Keeper rules are up to 3 keepers, 1st round pick can't be kept (mine is Jackson) and you have to give up the draft pick 1 rd. higher than the player was drafted last year.

QB - Henne
RB - S. Jackson, J. Charles, Forsett, McFadden
WR - Moss, Boldin, Bowe, Floyd, V. Jackson, Nicks
TE - Daniels, Carlson
DST - NYG
K - Carpenter

I have been offered P. Manning (#1 projected in our system and a 1st rd. pick so he can't be kept) for Moss (2nd) and Boldin (3rd). I think that's too much since Manning can't be kept, but maybe I'm wrong.

What do you think about that offer and what would be a good counter? I don't think he'll do it without Moss, but I might be able to get him to take Bowe or Floyd instead of Boldin. Thoughts?

If you can make it Moss & Bowe, then I would do it. If you give up Boldin, you will be very thin at WR.
