Man oh man. So I got a little crazy with my Excel spreadsheets and projections. In a PPR league that rewards kick returns (1pt=10yds) with bonuses at 7 catches and at 75-100-125-150 rushing/receiving yards.
Here's my team: QB Flacco (5) RB Peterson (1) RB Benson (Keeper 11) WR Boldin (2) WR Wallace (Keeper 14) Flex Charles (Keeper 13) TE Gates (3) DEF Jets (4) K Akers (15)
Now my crazy bench QB E. Manning (7) WR Knox (6) WR Cribbs (8) WR Britt (9) WR Ginn (12) WR McCluster (10) TE Grisham (16)
I may be a bit hard on my team but I don't have bye weeks covered. Both QBs are off the same week, as are two of my RBs the same week that my kicker Akers is off which means I'm going to have to drop some talent.
I also do not have RB depth or handcuffs for any of them.
Bernard Scott's available, was thinking of picking him up and dropping Ginn. After that I'm going to need to drop a couple others as weeks pass to cover bye weeks.
i would have drafted similar to you, its tough when you dont have bye weeks covered. i did the same for weeks for and 8, take a look at mine and see what you think. i like you r team, how deep is your league?
Ya you're definitely going to have to work out the bye weeks. Are you knew to fantasy football? Wouldn't surprise me if you are just simply because of that mistake....it seems to happen a lot. I like your roster for the most part. Your RB depth could use some work, but you could fix that while fixing the bye week problem.
Fourth year as a manager. Bye weeks never crossed my mind. I'm frustrated at my own absent-mindedness because I printed out the byes and brought them to my draft and failed to consider it.
Swapped out Ginn for Huggins TB which doesn't help me week 4. I do have a ton of potential keepers so I'm trying to trade for a replacement.
