Pretty solid in my opinion. I love Wes Welker in PPR. I see you have beanie and best. I would consider dealing one of them straight up or packaged together to upgrade QB, or to just try to land another stud RB or WR at the flex. I can't say this looks like a dynamite team that will contend for a championship yet, but its pretty decent. Good luck.
