A couple things to note, Garrard finished as a top 15 QB last year and has a very viable weapon in Walker. Now if you are in a 8 or 10 team league there should be no reason to keep Garrard as there are better options. In deeper leagues he is serviceable and while he won't get you the big points he has never given me single digits when I have needed him.
