Standard 12 man Yahoo money league
Standard point system overall

Start QB, RB, RB, WR, WR, WR, TE, K, DST

QB - C.Palmer, B.Roethlisberger
RB - C.Johnson, Beanie Wells, Ricky Williams, Javon Ringer, C.Buckhalter
WR - Roddy White, Crabtree, V.Jackson, M.Massaqoui, Mike Williams (TB), B.Berrian
TE - Brent Celek
K - Jay Feely
DST - Vikings

So, what do you think? Weak anywhere?

Thanks!

I like the Ringer handcuff for Johnson. WRs have some good upside but I don't like the VJackson pick. Too many question marks about his status this year, and in a league that starts 3 WRs, I would have gone with someone who will be playing all year.

Can you please look at my team? I also drafted first in a 12 team league: viewtopic.php?t=470581

Your 1 spots are solid with CJ and Roddy. Crabtree and Berrian will probably be your 2/3 WR's to start the season. If Williams lives up to the hype he will be a nice 2/3 reciever for you then it opens up the possiblity of trading for a nice 2 RB. I wouldnt want to rely on Wells and Williams for the entire season. TE is solid. Kicker is always a toss up and Palmer has nice potential this year with Owens and Ocho together. Overall its a decent team.

Carson looks to have a lot more weapons around him which should help him out. Big ben should put up his normal numbres when he gets back so i think you are set with qb.

Rb- Johnson is a beast and can expect great numbers from him. Well has good upside as the cardinals wanna get back to running the ball more. Williams is in a rbbc but could put up decent numbers.

wr- Roddy is gonna give good numbers as he always does and crabtree could be in for a breakout yr if smith can duplicate last year. Vjax scares me as i dont think he will play much this year.

Overall solid team with some upside at some postions which if it pans out could make you pretty competitive every week. Good luck

IMHO, the team is solid but you could have done better. I'm not sure when you took Crabtree but if there was a top 7 QB left I definitely would have taken him instead. I think Crabtree is the real deal but in that offense I don't see him eclipsing 900 yds, 6 TDs and that's the high point. But if QBs flew off the board you probably did what you had to do.
