how does my team look and what moves should i make to make it better?

would be a great team in ppr, youre hard pressed to win in standard scoring.

I would look into trading JerMichael (I think hes overvalued) with one of your receivers for an elite receiver. e.g. Steve Smith + Jermichael Finley for Brandon Marshall and Tony Gonzalez

Also think its better to cuff Gore (as you did with Wells) than it is to keep around Chester Taylor.

WELL ROUNDED TEAM.
I like Gore this season and if pre-season is any indication, I like Finley as well.
Brees and Baltimore, don't need comments.
I'm not high on your receivers in non-ppr.
And I don't trust Harvin. If you are going to get migraines that send you to the hospital, you better get them from moving things with your mind or seeing the future.
