My first ever Fantasy Team, how did I do?

Im all new to this and I think I made a mistake not taking a RB early and drafting a K and DEF too early, anyways Im in a 10 team league, standard scoring, QB, 3WR, 2RB, TE, W/T, K/DEF/6 bench players, got the 4th pick, I was gonna get a top tier RB but I just couldn't pass up on Rodgers. Here's my team, I rate myself a B-, what do you guys think? Who should I drop/trade/get? is it thin on RBs or WR? I got a lot of offers for Rodgers, who should I get for him? Where can I find the best cheat sheet online? I don't mind paying if its cheap. Sorry guys just excited, hopefully I win it. Thanks

Your team is average. Your rbs aren't too bad. The real problem with your team is your bench. I don't like any of the players on your bench. I think you could dump a lot of the players on your bench to upgrade them, however, that depends on who is available.
