PPR League: WR Sleeper - Naanee, Robinson, Robiskie

Postby manicottimafioso » Wed Sep 01, 2010 9:35 pm

I am in a 10-team, PPR-league that has standard scoring. I am a little short at WR on my roster and would like to pick up a sleeper WR - albeit maybe a deep sleeper. Here are some choices on the waiver wire:
- Legedu Naanee, SD
- Laurent Robinson, STL
- Brian Robiskie, CLE
10-team 3-keeper PPR 1QB/2RB/3WR/Flex/TE/K/DST
Starters:
QB-RGIII
RB-Peterson,McFadden,Ridley(flex)
WR-Marshall,Bowe,StJohnson
TE-Witten
K-Crosby
DST-Steelers
Bench:Romo,Spiller,Ballard,Gerhart,DeWilliams,AndreRoberts,MiWilliams,Hill,Rudolph

Legedu Naanee is your man. Vincent Jackson is out for the first few games of the season and may not even be coming back at all. He is your most reliable bet. He will be starting in the #2 spot for several games.

With the addition of Patrick Crayton, shouldn't Naanee's value go down a bit?

If so, would it better better to pickup one of the other two players or someone like Arrelious Benn or Darrius Heyward-Bey?

Also, since Housh is no longer in SEA, which one of these WRs might be worth a look - Deion Branch or Deon Butler. Mike Williams is already taken.

I would say Naanee or Robinson before those others. Robinson has some upside if he can stay healthy.

I like Robinson over Naanee. He's the #1 WR in STL.
