If you deal JSTEW, I feel you have good options to replace him. Foster I think is going to be a beast. That in mind, I think this trade is pretty good for you. You get much more value at TE, and already possess backs that are comparable to JSTEW, but not quite jstew.
To be honest, I think he's in a very similar situation to you with his backs. I think Caddy and Bradshaw could show up with figures comparable to Stewart's, and therefore I'm not really sure it's in his best interest to deal Clark to you and get Winslow in return. But if he likes this trade, I see no reason why you wouldn't take it.
I would not do it. Clark has been a TD machine but with Collie and Garcon with a year under their belt and Gonzo coming back I see more looks and TD's going to WR's.
CAR is the only team that has successfully done a RBBC, at least successful by FFL rules. Both Backs got over 1100 yards good TD number, I really don't see it changing this year. Winslow should have a good year, he had some great games especially in the 2nd half of last season.
QB: BREES, Cutler RB: TURNER, MCGAHEE, R. JENNINGS, Leshoure, D. Williams, Hillman, Hunter, Dwyer WR: CRUZ, GARCON, Amendola, Edwards, D. Baldwin TE: GRAHAM
To answer your question...i do think it is a fair deal value wise at the moment. You are stacked at RB, and Clark is the #1 ranked TE in most formats..(although i would argue Gates/Finley will finish ahead of him)....it upgrades your starting lineup if nothing else. I love JStew though...but you have so much depth it may not matter. Dont feel bad if you pull the trigger.
12 Team League. We start 2 QBs and get .5 PPR, otherwise standard scoring QBs: Stafford, Fitzpatrick, Collins RBs: Charles, Mendenhall, Best, Starks, Carter, Karim WRs: D. Jackson, Marshall, S. Smith, Green, TE: Hernandez, Cook
This is exactly correct. Deals dont need to be completely "fair" value wise. Sometimes you have to give to get what you want. As long as there is no collusion then this is completely fine IMO.
