Thoughts on Matt Moore?

I drafted Garrard as my reserve but am kind of intrigued by this Moore guy... he looked sharp last season and has steve smith plus a good running game.

I did same thing and dropped Garrard for Moore. There is no upside to Garrard...you know he will finish in top 15, but no where near spectacular and the worst thing about him is it is completely random when he has good games.
