Big Trade, Please Help

I am working a trade with a guy who is looking for running back depth on his bench. He and I have been working a trade for a while and I have been trying to aquire a defense from him since he has 3 and I have zero. Also, I am wanting Deangelo Williams.

He sent me the following trade below. I think its in my favor and want to accept it, but I need to know if its fair and will pass veto. I am the commish and dont want anyone to jump on me about an uneven or unfair trade. Thanks.

I give: Peyton Manning, Knowshon Moreno, Michael Bush and Justin Forsett

I get: Aaron Rodgers, DeAngelo Williams, Green Bay Defense and The Patriots kicker(gostkowski sp?)


I am in an 8 team yahoo redraft league. all tds are 6 points, 10 yards per point rushing and receiving. No ppr.

That trade is a no brainer to me. i would rather have Rodgers over Manning and Deangelo over Knowshon. Also, you can afford to give up Bush and forsett because of your Rb depth. Plus, you are getting a good k and d. Make the deal
