I think your QB options are OK for 12-team or larger leagues. Otherwise, look into trying to upgrade at QB but don't "give up the farm" just for that upgrade.

Yes you do. Both of the QB's you have are pretty iffy. Don't trade players you feel you have to have to get one but upgrading would be very good for you to do.
