First time player - Roster help

I'm pretty excited... long time football fan but first time fantasy player in any sport. I'm playing in a 12 player money league with mostly friends and friends of friends.

Had my draft already, but unfortunately, my internet disconnected after my 3rd pick. My 4th pick was auto and my friend helped draft the next 4-5 picks afterwards. Everything else was auto pick. I was bummed, but what can you do, right?

Anyways... I was looking for help/advice on my roster (Not entirely happy with my team, esp. since I couldn't draft most of them). What position am I particularly weak at? Any players you think I can trade for with the pieces that I have? THANKS in advance!

Pretty standard scoring system for 12 player league
1 pt for every 25 yards passing
4 pts for passing TD
.25 for receptions
1 pt for every 10 yards rushing
6 pts for receiving and rushing TDs

Own comments: I'm a little shaky with Beanie Wells as my #2 RB. He hasn't been performing in the preseason and has Hightower sharing touches. I'm wondering if I can package Beanie with one of my tier 3/4 WR's for another RB would work? Do you think I could get someone like Pierre Thomas?
