That is a tough choice. You know what you get with Benson. A workhorse that get solid production, but runs the risk of injury. With Foster he is in a new running system and is a huge risk on whether or not he will get the same production every week. It really depends on whether or not you like to gamble. I like to gamble and took Foster in my league. In order to win fantasy football championships you have to be willing to take the gamble. Sometimes it works out and sometimes it doesn't. I would say go with Foster.

Yes do it. Benson is like having a cup with a crack in it...hey may look good but he's destined for disaster.
