Dynasty: Who to pick at 4.1? (WHIR)

I have it down to 2 options: Max Hall or Keiland Williams. It's a non-ppr standard scoring league. I have Derek Anderson as my 3rd QB (we start 1) and I see Hall as a guy with some great potential. However, Williams is in Shanny's offense with only old and broken LJ and Portis in front of him. This pick will be the last guy on my roster, which do I take?

What's your roster look like? Scoring system? Both are upside picks. If you need a future QB, Hall may be it because Wisenhut is high on him. If you're short on RB, Williams will definitely be a potential scorer in the future.
