I picked the Chiefs - the only competent-looking team in the division is SD, which has question marks at WR, RB, and on defense. KC should have a scary running game with Charles and TJ and a credible enough passing attack to prevent extreme box-stacking, and their D will be at least good enough to stop Denver and the Raiders. I'm not optimistic that any team on this list will get much done in the playoffs, but given history I do think one will win a division or at least grab a WC spot.
Solid QB (albeit a rookie), excellent RB, and a pitiful division ripe for the taking. San Fran is the popular pick to take the division, but they haven't done anything yet. Bradford is capable of a Matt Ryan type performance in his first year.
OK, a couple things will have to break right for the prediction to come to fruition, but we can obviously say that about all the teams on the list. I definitely would take the Rams at those listed odds.
I went with the Redskins. Think Shanhaan will turn em around and the division is not as strong as it usually is....Eagles/Giants look like pretenders to me in transition years but the Cowboys are a tough battle but the Redskins could easily go 8-8 or 9-7 and make Wild Card...wouldn't be suprised

Wild Card means they don't win their division- the question of this thread...

Even though you are probably right(about him saying the Redskins make the WC, presumably as a 2nd place team), technically, the 3-4 division winners are still Wild Card teams with no bye
I agree with the Skins and Chefs being the two that are most likely. #1 they both have plenty of talent on offense, with a coaching staff that knows how to extract production, #2 they play in divisions that aren't exactly top notch this year.

2011:
Representin' the Cafe in the IBL league: 73-34, 15-8 in Championship Tier playoffs BBKL: 7-6 Money league: 9-4, #1 seed one and done
The Skins seem to flip-flop between competitor and doormat every couple years, and this year they got a big upgrade at QB and HC, so they're the natural choice.
I can't believe more people aren't picking the Bucs. Every single year since the start of the NFC South division the last place team the previous year has made the playoffs. All, but one of those teams were the division winner.
