I have a great team but one week link witn Daniels Carlson is on ww but who do I drop LT or McCluster or Daniels they all have great upsides or should I just let my team carry him till he is back to playing a full game? 10 man ppr league
QB Aaron Rodgers, GB RB Ryan Mathews, SD RB Rashard Mendenhall, Pit RB/WR Jamaal Charles, KC WR Calvin Johnson, Det WR Anquan Boldin, Bal TE Owen Daniels, Hou D/ST Steelers D/ST K Robbie Gould, Chi BENCH Bench Jahvid Best, Det Bench Vikings D/ST, Min Bench Malcom Floyd, SD WR Bench LaDainian Tomlinson, NYJ RB Bench Mike Williams, TB WR Bench Dexter McCluster, KC WR Bench Ben Roethlisberger*, Pit QB
12 Team League. We start 2 QBs and get .5 PPR, otherwise standard scoring QBs: Stafford, Fitzpatrick, Collins RBs: Charles, Mendenhall, Best, Starks, Carter, Karim WRs: D. Jackson, Marshall, S. Smith, Green, TE: Hernandez, Cook
Is Carlson the ww available TE with the best matchup in your league for this week? With Housh out of the picture Carlson clearly has upside, but I'm not crazy about his first matchup.
Unless you've got a bunch of managers needlessly hording TEs, I would think in your 10 team league there should be a few good matchups available each week to choose from until Daniels is again trustworthy.
For instance this week Greg Olsen vs. Lions DST or Visanthe Shiancoe vs. New Orleans DST - I think both of them are good bets for several receptions and a TD.
If it's my team I drop McCluster for the TE with the best matchup available to help me win this week. If your gut tells you it's Carlson, hit the Add button and don't look back.
