Dropping VJax and his 6 game vegetative output was clealy the way to go. Holding Laurent Robinson was also the right move as he's Bradford's only real threat after SJax at this point.
But, in PPR, I'd have grabbed Gaffney at this point over the Pete Carroll reconstruction project with Mike Williams in Seattle.
I like Williams and think there's potential there for later this season, but for immediate bang-for-your-buck, Gaffney is a far superior professional WR, he knows McDaniel's offense inside-and-out, he finished last season strong, and he and the underrated Kyle Orton clearly have chemistry.
Denver's offense will be better than anything Seattle can put on the field this season. The OLine alone gives Denver a better shot at keeping their #1 QB upright and productive. I like Pete Carroll and hope he'll be successful in Seattle, but that's a major repair job... kind of like what he left behind at SC.

If it were my team, I'd grab Gaffney asap, and stow Williams on the bench for now.
I play a lot of 2QB; with Rodgers, Cutler, and Big Ben after 4 games, you don't need one of these other QBs now. And if you lose a starter or two, I'd be willing to bet several of the QB's you listed will still be available down the road.
Best of luck this season!
