Trade- D Clark for S Bradford

Postby jwasmith » Mon Sep 06, 2010 12:58 pm

Seems like a no brainer but the league is complex so here goes with a brief description;
12 team, dynasty, 3 keeper, 17 man roster with 12 active, 2 QB, 2 RB, 3 WR, 2 flex, 1 TE, 1 DST, 1 K.

My QB are Rivers and Orton with Bradford on my bench for bye week and injury insurance. My TE are H Miller and V Shiancoe. I RB Ray Rice, Steven Jackson, DeAngelo Williams and Thomas Jones, so RB is stacked.

My WR are Reggie Wayne, Hines Wards, B Berrian and J Jones. I'd like to improve.

Anther team has no 2nd QB. They have offered Dallas Clark and Michael Bush for Sam Bradford and V Shiancoe. I am tempted becasue of the clear upgrade at TE but losing the insurance and bye week plus not upgrading my #3 WR is bothering me. So, at face value I jump at the trade but my gut says don't do it, save the depth or trade it for an improvement at WR.

Anyone willing to comment? Much appreciated.

Thanks

Signed, Fantasy Football Newbie (2nd season).

I think you have to do it. The upgrade is pretty big

I say do it also. Clark is essentially a WR playing TE for the Colts. That is huge to me.

help?

That one is a no brainer. Clark is a stud. I wouldn't expect much out of Bradford, most rookie Qb's don't have an impact.
