Eli or Stafford? Also my recievers? WHIR

QB help please:
Eli Manning vs. CAR
Matthew Stafford @ CHI
(I drafted Eli as my starter, but I'm tempted to start Stafford as its seems like a better matchup)

Also, I have Donald Driver @ PHI and Pierre Thomas @ MIN. I'm nervous about these matchups and I'm tempted to swap one of them out of my flex position for Mike Sims-Walker vs. DEN. Is this a crazy idea?

I'd take Eli week one, but not by much. Stafford has a better chance to have off game then Eli week 1. But I think both will be solid.

I'd go Sims-walker over Driver. Philly D is tough this year.

I like Eli's matchup here. Stafford will have a good year I think, but I'd wait on a friendlier matchup before inserting him into your lineup. I know chicago's d isn't what it used to be, but Soldier Field is still a pretty tough environment for visiting QBs.

Thanks for the help on my post. In terms of your question, I should say up front that I live near the Detroit area so my opinion might be a little skewed. I think for the near term, you should stick with the proven QB (i.e. Manning) until Stafford has proven himself over a few weeks. I'll admit, he looked good in the preseason, but we know preseason doesn't mean anything.
