any got a good bet on which team should win their first game for a survival pool??

i looked at the schedule and their is no single matchup that is a cakewalk.. almost all matchups are so risky to select..

even in the TEN-OAK & NYG-CAR games, they are only favored by 6pts...

i have TEN as my 1st option right now coz they are playing @ home, but im still uncomfortable with this one because OAK revamped most of their defense & they are a much better offensive team with Campbell at QB...

my 2nd option is NYG coz they are at home too.. i just dont think a team like NYG is going to lose their 1st game against a CAR team with a new helmsman..

my 3rd option is MIA over BUF... BUF is still bad at offense, even if their defense is underrated.. and i do see MIA having the better offensive weapons to help them secure a W in week1

I like the Giants at home. Panthers have a good chance of getting blown out in this one

I'm going with NYG, too. They won their last 8 games in SEP.

Stay away from MIA this week. BUF is 11-5-1 ATS against MIA at home in the last 17 games. I don't know the overall record, but that's close enough to keep me away.

I went with the Dolphins. The Bills are just bad. I know they've underrated on D, but they lost T.O and that offense is a mess. Furthermore, they're dealing with a new head coach and I think it may take them a couple of weeks to figure out what their identity is going to be. I also believe Miami's a very underrated team, especially on defense.
