Yeah that dude seems inept at times. To be fair, the offense did get things turned around and put up solid numbers: 423 yards, 31 points, no turnovers on the day. I'm interested to see how the Gators fair once they get into the meat of the SEC.
Honestly though, I'm not sure I see a problem with an offensive coordinator sticking with their game plan. I mean, you need to be able to adapt but If you believe in your schemes you really have to stick with them. I haven't followed the Gators as closely as you have so I'm not familiar with how poor his game plans are though. From a distance, it would appear that things in Florida aren't all that bad...really they're pretty damn good. He's 15-1 since taking over at Florida with that lone loss at the hands of the eventual national champs. Did their defense really carry them last season?
Oh and Oregon putting up 48 points and 447 total yards in Tennessee.
Things looked awfully shaky to start the game though, when we meet a team that can sustain some offense we may be in trouble. I know the level of competition hasn't been great, but it would appear that for the Ducks to get beat they will have to be out scored, I mean I don't see them being in any low scoring games. I have to say, I'm impressed with our young QB. Going into a very hostile environment and not getting rattled...good for him.
