Drop VJackson, add Royal, Gaffney, Manningham?

I'm pretty terrible at Fantasy Football, only played it one season a couple years ago. I am more of a Fantasy Baseball guy. This year I am in a league with some co-workers. Any advice you can give you be great. I can't say I will help in return because I don't know a whole lot about the players, but once I learn I will do my best to help.

I'm in a 10 team ESPN H2H league. Non-Keeper.
The scoring is the basic ESPN scoring (I can post it if you'd like, it's just a lot of info)

Should I drop any of the guys above for any of these free agents?

I'd try to trade either White or Marshall and Favre for Rodgers/Schaub and a lesser WR with upside (Jacoby Jones, MIke Williams, etc).

Those QBs are a tossup. I see having a backup could help.

id drop VJax for Gaffney. hes the number one and denver will produce on offense. Housh is gona be the #3 on a run first team... dont expect much from him this year
