Which WR to start? WHIr

Hey Guys,
I am in a standard scoring non ppr league and I cannot decide who to start:

Mike Wallace -Without Ben they will probably concentrate on the run
M floyd- Jackson is still out looks like he should be number 2 guy after gates and they are playing the chiefs?
