Cooley or Z. Miller (Oak) as my TE backup?

I have Finley and can start two TE's if needed in a W/T flex position. I drafted Cooley, but Miller could bust out with Campbell.

and Cooley could equally "bust out" with McNabb. I would go Cooley in this situation.

Cooley by a margin, if he stays healthy you got yourself some trade bait.
