TRADE HELP------WHIR------

Postby umma10 » Wed Sep 08, 2010 1:42 pm

Standard yahoo scoring: 12 team league

I have Ray Rice, Forte, Forsette, and Caddy as my RB's

I am trying to get a WR and was just offered T.O. for Forte should I do it?

My team:
Flacco, Sanchez
Rice, Forte, Forsette, Caddy
Colston, Jennings, S. Moss, Chambers, Manningham

His Team:
Favre, Cutler
MJD, Moreno, M. Bush, F. Jackson
Marshell, White, T.O., Williams (TB), A. Gonzonlez

I would like to upgrade my #3 WR but, I feel that Forte will get #2 RB numbers...but, I also think my depth is pretty good.

I'd stay with what you have. I think Forte bounces back somewhat and is worth much more than TO. Also, TO would only be a minor upgrade at WR3 and you may end up starting Moss more anyway. That definitely is not worth the downgrade at RB.

I think Forte>T.O. What about asking for Bush or F. Jax in addition to T.O.? That way, you get someone @ RB capable of putting up decent numbers.

Definitely stay with what you got. You would be very weak at the RB position if you made this deal. outside of rice you would be left with forsett, an unknown quanity, and god knows the last time a RB put up decent numbers in seattle. Cadillac is not reliable either, and gets seriously injured every year.

As for TO, i dont really see him as an upgrade over Santana. I actually think Santana will be a solid 3rd wr. I see him as a poor mans desean jackson this year as long as he can stay healthy
