I need a little confidence boost! WHIR!

Postby the prize fighter » Wed Sep 08, 2010 1:53 pm

Roster:
QB: Philip Rivers
RB: Frank Gore, Matt Forte, Jonathan Stewart, Michael Bush
WR: Calvin Johnson, Dwayne Bowe, terrell owens, Anquan Boldin, Dez Bryant, Lee evans, jacoby jones
TE: Zach miller

we start: QB, 2 RB, 2 WR's, RB/WR flex, TE, K, DEF

Now I know for sure, I will be starting: RB: frank gore, Forte.
WR: calvin, dwayne.
FLEX: this is where i have a problem. Should i start jonathan stewart Vs. giants or put terrel owens vs. NE ( I beleive terrell owens to have a big year but stewart is another guy that i'm up on for TD's it is a PPR league!) thanks for the help...

I hate to say this, but I'd start T.O. I see a TD and at least 5 catches this week.

Stewart. I'm a big fan of if you have a better RB or equal than that of a flex WR always go RB.

CAR's offense was terrible so far this preseason (no offensive TD's), and Stewart has been hobbled a bit by injuries, and of course shares carries w/ D. Williams... but even considering all that, I'd still start him over T.O. this week.

Good luck!

Help with mine?

I'd go with Stewart.

I would go with TO. New England's secondary is really young this year, and the bengals are loaded. I really think TO is in for a big game.

Gotta go w/ T.O. here, we have seen nothing from Stewart in the pre season, he has been MIA.

NE's corners McCourty and Butler may be the worst starting tandem in the NFL right now. This might not be the case come mid season as they have upside and room to improve. At this point in time however they will be exploited, therefore I would go TO over Stewart.

It is a close call but I would go with Stewart. He is splitting carries with Williams but Carolina's pass offense has been so atrocious in preseason, that I expect both backs to get a ton of touches on Sunday.

thanks for the help with mine.
