Someone dropped him. Should I use my #1 waiver to pick him up or am I being dumb?

No way you use your #1 waiver to pick him up. He's suspended for the first 3 games (I think it's 3) and threatening to hold out. In a 10 man league there should be enough wide receivers that you can hold onto that #1 priority and see who breaks out early.

I'd hold off on VJAX, he's def upside but too much unknown at this time.

Don't use your #1 on him, but if he clears waivers I'd probably drop Dez for him (unless you're in a keeper/dynasty league).
