My 2nd ever fantsay draft, can I win it??

Im in a 10 team $100 league standard non PPR scoring, I got the 2nd pick, this is only my 2nd ever fantasy draft and this time I did all my research. There's probably 3-4 experienced players in my league and everybody got QB crazy in the beginning. I didn't pick my QB till the 8th rd and I just couldn't believe that Jamaal Charles was available at no.59 and Knowshon Moreno at no. 82, so anyway here's my team pls pls RATE it if you can and Ill do the same in return. solid team, I would definitely grab Ben off waivers though in favor of Henne, he is a great QB and im not really sold on Cutler.

I had Charles last year and its a pain to watch him, because he isn't really utilized to his fullest and now Jones is there coming off a 1000 yard year, but Bradshaw is the number 1 guy in NY now and Moreno should have a good year also giving you 3 awesome flex options. WRs are set. TE set.
