Please rate my team, 12 team draft

This is a 12 team league, I had the 9th pick in the draft. Its standard ESPN scoring with 4 points passing TD, 6 rushing TD, etc... We start 1 QB 2 RB 1 RB/WR 2 WR 1 WR/TE 1 TE 1 DST and 1 K.

The only thing im not happy with is my QBs becuase i waited till the 10th round where i got eli.

Solid team. I would be worried with what Charles does. I have him to. Also Steve Smith has been in decline I believe. Those would be my concerns.
