Pick 1 PPR: Knowshon, Ricky W, Nicks, Johnny Knox WHIR

My other starters are Gore, Arian Foster, Megatron, Finley.

I'm concerned about Knowshon's health. Ricky Williams eats the Bills for breakfast but he's sharing with Ronnie Brown. I like Nicks, but I usually prefer to play a RB when I Can. Knox plays Detroit, great matchup.

i would say knowshon and then nicks. the only straight up starters.
knox has hester and aroma to fight for receptions.

I like Knowshon and Nicks as well, the potential for Chicago to get ahead and control the clock running the ball has the potential to limit passing yardage and scoring for Knox's value in a PPR vs Nicks, who should get some looks.
