Week 1 RB and QB dilemmas..Help Wanted

Scoring Format..all TD = 6pts, NON PPR


Qb (need 1) = M. Ryan or A. Smith

RB (need 2) = Jahvid Best, Matt Forte, Ahmad Bradshaw

QB thoughts--
I want to play Ryan, but against the steelers at home, I feel its gonna be a clock control, lower scoring affair. Smith gets the lowly seahawks who dont really have much of a defense...thoughts?

RB thoughts --
I think I like BEST, FORTE and see what Bradshaw gets against an under rated (IMO) Panther run defense...thoughts

Any help or insight is appreciated.
