Large 8 player trade - need advice

I'm in a 14 team league (no PPR). Below is my roster:

QB: Peyton Manning
RB: Frank Gore, Cedric Benson
WR: Percy Harvin, Malcom Floyd, Santana Moss
TE: Jermichael Finley
DEF: Cinci
K: Rob Bironis
Bench: Steve Slaton, Carson Palmer, Devin Thomas, Kevin Smith, Demaryius Thomas, Louis Murphy

As you can see, I am in need of a better WR core than I have. I want to propose the following trade:
I give up: Benson, Harvin, Finley, Devin Thomas
I get: Andre Johnson, Jamaal Charles, Devin Aramashodu, and Anthony Fasano

Statiscally, using yahoo's projected season totals, the other side gets more projected points out of the deal. Let me know what you think of the deal (I haven't offered it yet)?

It's a huge downgrade at TE but you are getting the best two players in the deal so I'd go with it. I don't think I'd accept if I were the other guy though.

If he does take it, I'd shop around for a new TE like Zach Miller or Shiancoe. Someone who shouldn't be too expensive but has some upside.

AJ and Charles together put this deal over the top. If you can get it through than def run with that to the bank!

I'm sure there may be some other TE on Waiver wire to pickup that may be better than Fasano.
