First of all, I would definitely go with D. Williams.

Your second choice is between J. Charles and A. Foster. Although I wouldn't blame you for going with A. Foster, I am very high on J. Charles and believe he will have a great game. Houston will most likely be airing it out early and often, so unless you are in a PPR league, I would go with J. Charles as your second option.
