What type of deal would I or could I get for Knowshon Moreno and Mike Sims-Walker? Looking for an upgrade at RB, for example. Is Shonn Greene an upgrade?

Those aren't great bargaining chips you have there considering Moreno's injuries and MSW's bad team and inconsistent play. You'll need to find a sucker and put forth one hell of a sales pitch. Maybe for J. Charles or Spiller?

I think you will sell extremely low on Moreno right now. His hammy inj is lingering. Wait a few games and then trade them if you really want to get rid of them.

I agree. I think Moreno is undervalued now and you'd be selling low. Maybe try for Charles, Foster, or Thomas but if those don't work out, I'd stay put and give Moreno a chance.
