DeAngelo Williams or J. Harrison in PPR?

Who should I start? DeAngelo Williams or Jerome Harrison in a PPR league in my flex spot?

I have S.Jax and Turner going in my RB spots. I worry about DeAngelo getting shut down by NYG on the road even though he got them for 4 tds last year and Tampa is a much better D for Jerome to face.

It's a 10 team keeper going into our 5th year where we keep 6. I kept Brees, Reggie Wayne and Mile Austin as well. Last year went 12-2 and then lost back to back in the playoffs.

So everyone thinks I'm over analyzing the DEF matchups?

Deangelo and Stewart will probably each get near the century mark against the giants. Defense isnt horrible, but their run d is suspect. Last two games last year giants gave up 376 yards on the ground and over 200 of that was to Carolina.
