Portis for Nicks?

Someone in my league wants to trade Hakeem Nicks for Portis. He seems pretty desperate for a third RB, so is this as good a deal as I think it is?

Don't play Standard but i just got Nicks in a PPR league.. im assuming he would be good for standard as well because he is healthy, has HUGE upside and loves to run deep. I think he is a dark horse for 1,000 yards and 10 tds this season.. Portis always get hurt.. id do it.
