Is Gaffney worth my #1 waiver spot? WHIR

I couldn't believe this guy went undrafted in my league, but now I have to decide whether to use my top spot in the waiver order to get him. I doubt he'll go to free agency if I don't, but I'm thinking I should save my almighty #1 spot for someone who's actually proven themselves in a game. Anyone want to try to convince me otherwise?

Who are your other receivers, who would you drop and what is your scoring? I am extremely high on Gaffney and even higher in a PPR league. I think he will be a WR2.

Other WRs: MSW, Mike Wallace, Holmes, Louis Murphy, and Hakeem Nicks

I would probably drop Murphy out of those but feel free to make a case for dropping someone else. Thanks!
