Yahoo Trade Question

I have a trade pending in a Yahoo league. It will process on Saturday and it states: Note: This trade will be reflected on the lineup for Week 1. If you've set your lineup in advance for future dates, please note those changes will be reset to match your lineup for the day players are added.

I am trading away Marques Colston, but he is still on my team today and plays tonight. If I start him will I get his points?
