questions that need help

In my 10 team PPR league, I have the possibility of picking up Johnny Knox or Devin Aromashadu, I like Devin, but I am unsure about his role. I have Steve Slaton, and fred jackson as disposable players on my bench...so my question is, (1) which bears receiver should be more productive, even tho Cutler can be spotty at times... and should I drop someone like a Slaton, who lost their job to Foster, for a Knox/Aromashadu??? Devery Henderson, Laurent robinson, Nate Washington, Legedu and Chad Schilens among others that I am interested in, are all available. I have depth at the RB spot. I have Pierre Thomas, Johnathan Stewart, Shonne Greene, Clinton Portis, Justin Forsett, Fred Jackson and Steve Slaton....Pierre being the only solid start. For WRs I have Andre Johnson, Steve Smith (NYG), Mike Simms-Walker, and Mike Wallace...So I wanted to improve my WR depth, but I'm not sure at who's expense, and who is worthy of picking up and dropping....please help!!!! I am so indecisive!!!!!

This is my 5th year playing FF, and I have been successful in the past, but this is my first year playing in my brother-in-laws league, which is impossible to get in, and I luckily got in without someone in the league dying. They are talking mad smack, and I want to make a splash and show them whats up....also, with 2 WR/RB flex spots, I have Greene and portis in, but I also have Mike Wallace and Justin forsett as possible replacements for those spots....if anyone can give me some insight, I'd appreciate it....Thanks!!!
