Trade my JGresham for TGonzalez in dynasty?

I have been offered Tony Gonzalez for my Jermaine Gresham. I currently ping ODaniels as my incumbent starter, with Gresham more as a long-term project (similar to how I view Freeman). However, this trade would immediately upgrade my TE1, while it would lessen my long-term outlook at the position. TG is 34 years old, and has perhaps 1-2 more years left in him, while Gresham is 23 and has what appears to be a bright - yet unproven - future ahead of him.

Thoughts? Would you accept this offer?

I wouldn't do that in a dynasty.

You nailed why, TGonz is at the end of his career, Gresham's is just beginning.

I think Gresham is going to be a vital part of the Cinnci offense for the next 10 years.

Daniels is more than adequate & if his knee is right, I think he's a better option than TGonz anyway.

Interesting offer. You have a good team just not what I would call an elite team. I don't think Gonzo will put you over the edge so I would stay put.
